WHEAT FLOUR GULAB JAMUN

 

Prep Time : 20 mins
Cooking Time : 30 mins
Serve : 10

INGREDIENTS
Milk powder - 1 cup
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Clarified butter - 1 tbsp for kneading the dough
Clarified butter - for frying
For sugar syrup
Sugar - 3 cup
Water - 3 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp

METHOD
Take one tbsp oil in a pan and add wheat flour and roast for two to three mins.
Now add milk powder and milk and mix gently to a smooth lum
Set aside for 10 mins now add one tbsp clarified butter and knead it again,.divide the dough
 into ball

 Make cylenderical shape ball for 20 - 25 deep fry in clarified butter in low flame until golden brown and drop the same in the sugar syrup.
Soak the gulab jamun in hot sugar syrup in 30 mins and serve.
Take a pan add sugar and water boil for ten mins in a low flame add cardamom powder and mix well.
