ORANGE SOUP

 


Prep Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Orange juice  -  1 cup 
Orange zest - 1 orange
Chopped carrot  -  1
Chopped onion  -  1
Chopped garlic - 3 - 4
Salt  - to taste
Black pepper - 1/4 tsp and garlic
Cream  -  1 tbsp optional
Water  -  2 cup
Clarified butter  -  2 tsp
Coriander leaves - for garnishing

METHOD
Heat clarified butter in a pan.'
Add chopped onion and garlic and cook till light pink.
Add carrot and orange zest and mix well.
Add two cup of water and cook in a low flame for 15 mins.
Turn off the flame.
Once cooled,blend to make a paste and mix orange juice
Once boiled add salt and pepper and turn off the flame
Garnish with cream and coriander leaves serve hot
