BOURBON BISCUIT BURFI

Cooking Time : 45 mins
Serve : 8

INGREDIENTS

Bourbon biscuit - 1 pkt
Milk - 500 ml
Butter - 2 tbsp
Clarified butter - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 4 tbsp
Cashew nuts - 2 tbsp
Raisins - 2 tbsp

METHOD..
Crush all the biscuits and add in the blender
First grind all biscuits in a grinder to make fine powder.
Now  add powdered biscuit ,and sugar and grind it
Heat milk in a pan in a simmer and reduce to half add bourbon biscuit powder,clarified butteer and mix well and stir constantly till thick.
Now add  cashew nuts and raisins and mix well
Grease a plate and pour the mixture and spread it and cut into diamond shape.
