INGREDIENTS
Milk - 5 cup
Gobindo bhog rice - 1/4 cup
Khejur gur - 1/2 cup patali
Crushed almonds - 1 tsp
Crushed cashew nuts - 1 tsp
Raisins - 1 tsp
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Pistachio - for garnishing
METHOD
Boil milk in a heavy bottom vessel.
When it brings to boil add rice and stir continuously in a low flame.
Cook well till it gets thick and rice is done add kherur gur
Add cardamom powder,cashew nuts,almonds, raisins and cardamom powder and mix well.
Garnish with crushed pistachio and serve.
