Preparation time- 20 minutes
Cooking time- 15 minutes

Wheat flour- 2 cup
Salt- to taste
Ajwayin- a pinch
Mangrael- a pinch

For stuffing
Paneer- 200 gm
Chopped onion- 1
Chopped green chillies- 2-3
Chopped coriander leaves- 1 tbsp
Ajwayin- a pinch
Mangrael- a pinch
Salt- to taste

Mix all the ingredients well and adjust salt according to your taste.
In a kneading bowl, mix wheat flour, ajwayin, mangrael and salt. Make a soft dough with the help of water.



Now fill the stuffing inside the dough bowl and roll out paratha. Place the paratha over the hot tava as soon as it start looking like brown in colour. Apply oil on both the sides. Paneer paratha is ready to eat. Serve with pickles.
