INGREDIENTS
Milk - 5 cup
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1/4 tsp
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Saffron food color - a pinch
Crushed almonds - 2 tbsp
Cashew nuts - 1 tbsp
Raisins - 1 tbsp
METHOD
Boil milk in a heavy bottom vessel.
Once boiled,keep it in a low flame.
Add lemon juice and cover the milk..
After few mins. milk is fully curdled.
Remove 3 cup of water and cook in the low flame for 10 mins.
Stir in between till water fully absorb in the cottage cheese / paneer.
Add sugar,saffron food color and cardamom powder and mix well.
Add raisins,almonds and cashew nuts and mix well and turn off the flame.
Garnish with crushed almonds,raisins and cashew nuts.
