INGREDIENTS
Chicken pieces - 500 gms
Finely chopped onion - 2
Oil - 3 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
METHOD
Marinate chicken with curd and salt,keep aside for an hour.
Heat oil in a pan,add sliced onion and saute until golden brown.
Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 - 3 mins.
Add the chicken pieces and saute till oil leaves the pan.
Add salt,coriander powder,red chilly powder,turmeric powder and garam masala powder and mix well.
Cover the lid and cook for ten mins. in a slow flame.
Serve hot with steamed rice
