CHANA DAL STUFFED RICE FLOUR PARATHA

INGREDIENTS
  Rice flour       - 1cup
Warm water  - 2 cup
Chana dal            - 1 cup
Cumin seeds        - a pinch
Turmeric powder  -  1/2 tsp
Garam masala       - 1/2 tsp
Ginger paste         - 1 tsp
Salt                      - to taste
Clarified butter -   2 tbsp
Chopped green chillies  - 2

METHOD
   Wash and soak chana dal for 4-5 hours.
 Heat  oil in a pressure cooker and sprinkle with cumin seeds.
 Add chana dal, turmeric powder, ginger paste, and  one cup of water and steam it
. When cooker release the whistle  turn off the flame
  When water get absorb in chana dal mash it and add salt, green chillies and garam masala and mix it well
Now stuffing is ready
Heat two cup of water in a pan and bring to boil
Once boiled add the rice flour and salt and stir continuously until water absorb the rice flour
To make a soft dough
. Divide the dough into equal size balls.
    Stuff the chana dal filling in the dough and roll out
 Flatten the balls into thick round paratha
.Grease a pan with little clarified butter and heat on a medium flame.
Applying clarified butter on both the sides and cook on a medium flame
Serve hot with cauliflower and potato subji.
      Dal stuffed paratha  is ready to eat.
 Serve garma garam with kheer and subji.
