INGREDIENTS
Grated raw mango - 1 big size
Mustard oil - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Roasted n crushed fennel seeds - 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida - a pinch
Roasted n crushed mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
METHOD
Peel and grate the raw mango.
Take a mixing bowl add grated raw mango,turmeric powder,red chilly powder,asafoetida,fennel seeds,black mustard seeds and salt and mix well.
Heat one tbsp oil in a pan and mix well in the mango mixture.
Mango kachumber is ready to serve.
