STRAWBERRY SHIRKHAND

Prep Time : 4 - 5 hours Total Time : 4 - 5 hours Serve : 2 INGREDIENTS Strawberry - 250 gms Hung curd - 250 gms Sugar powder - 2 tbsp Fresh cream - 1/2 cup Honey - 2 tbsp METHOD Wash and chop the strawberry Heat a pan add chopped strawberry bring to a boil,once boiled keep it in a low flame and stir and mash the fruit to combine. Cook for about 10 - 15 mins until the juice is reduced Turn off the flame,once cooled add honey and mix well. Now we get strawberry compote. Hung the curd in a muslin cloth for 4 - 5 hours in a fridge then we get hung curd. Take a bowl add one cup strawberry compote,hung curd,sugar powder and fresh cream and blend it. Take a serving bowl we first add strawberry compote now we add strawberry shrikhand and garnish with strawberry and serve chilled.
