INGREDIENTS
Boiled chole - 1 cup
Finely chopped onion - 1
Finely chopped tomato - 1
Finely chopped green chilly - 1
Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1 tsp
Black salt - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Sweet curd - 2 tbsp
Papri - 4 - 5
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Sweet tamarind chutney - 2 tbsp
Green coriander leaves chutney - 2 tbsp
Nylon sev - 2 tbsp
Pomegranate pearls - 1/2 cup
METHOD
Boil the chole in a pressure cooker add turmeric powder,salt,ginger garlic paste and one cup of water.
After one whistle simmer the flame for ten mins.
Take a large bowl add boiled chole,onion,,tomato,green chilly,coriander leaves, and mix well.
Take a plate and add chole now spread some sweet curd,green chutney and sweet tamarind chutney.
Now add crushed papri.
Sprinkle black salt,salt,red chilly powder,roasted cumin seeds powder and mix well.
