CHOLE PAPRI CHAT

 INGREDIENTS
 Boiled chole - 1 cup
 Finely chopped onion - 1
 Finely chopped tomato - 1
 Finely chopped green chilly - 1
 Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1tbsp
 Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
 Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
 Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
 Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1 tsp
 Black salt - 1/2 tsp
 Salt - to taste 
Sweet curd - 2 tbsp
 Papri - 4 - 5
 Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
 Sweet tamarind chutney - 2 tbsp
 Green coriander leaves chutney - 2 tbsp
 Nylon sev - 2 tbsp
 Pomegranate pearls - 1/2 cup 

 METHOD
 Boil the chole in a pressure cooker add turmeric powder,salt,ginger garlic paste and one cup of water. After one whistle simmer the flame for ten mins.
 Take a large bowl add boiled chole,onion,,tomato,green chilly,coriander leaves, and mix well.
 Take a plate and add chole now spread some sweet curd,green chutney and sweet tamarind chutney. Now add crushed papri. Sprinkle black salt,salt,red chilly powder,roasted cumin seeds powder and mix well.
 Pour lemon juice and mix well/ Garnish with nylon sev and pomegranate pearls and serve immediately.
