POTATO PANEER TIKKI

Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 3

INGREDIENTS
Boiled n grated potato     -  1/2 bowl
Paneer      -    2 tbsp
Chopped green chilly -   1/4 tsp
Crushed coriander seeds   -  1/4 tsp
Fennel seeds   -  1/4 tsp
Chopped garlic     - 1/4 tsp
Chopped onion    -   2 tbsp
Red chilly powder    -  1/4 tsp
Salt    -  to taste
Oil       -   for shallow frying

METHOD

Take a large bowl add paneer,onion,green chilly,crushed coriander leaves,fennel seeds,chopped garlic
Season with red chilly powder and salt and mix well
Now stuffing is ready
Take a bowl add boiled and grated potatoes and mix rice flour,red chilly powder and salt and make a dough
Divide the dough into four parts
To make a round shape of dough  and stuff the paneer filling
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the tikki for golden and crispy
Drain in paper napkin.
Serve hot with tea.
