INGREDIETS
Besan - 1 cup
Rava - 1 cup
Oats - 1 cup
Curd - 1 cup
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Oil - 2 tsp
Eno fruit salt - 1 tbsp
For tempering
Rai/black mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
Curry leaves - 10
Green chilly - 7 - 8
Sugar - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
METHOD
Dry roast the oats and make a powder
Take a large bowl combine besan rava,oats powder,curd,lemon juice,salt,sugar and oil and one cup of water.
Keep aside for 15 mins.
Add eno fruit salt in the dhokla mixture just before making dhokla and mix well.
Pour the batter in a greased plate and steam for ten mins.
Heat oil in a pan,add rai/black mustard seeds once it gets crackled and then add the curry leaves,sesame seeds,sugar and green chilly and also add 1/2 cup of water and bring to boil.
Pour it over the dhokla and cut in to cubes.
Enjoy oats besan dhokla .
