INGREDIENTS
Kabuli chana -1 cup
Ginger -1 inch stick
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder -1 tsp
Coriander powder -1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Tomato - 2
Garam masala powder -1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Black salt - 1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1 tsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves
Green chilly - 2
Oil - 2 tbsp
METHOD
Wash and soak kabuli chana 4-5 hours and add 1 tsp baking powder
.Pressure cook for 10 mins.
Take a blender add tomato and ginger and make a paste.
Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds to crackle now add tomato paste and green chilly and saute for 4 - 5 mins .
Add coriander powder,turmeric powder,red chill powder and amchur powder and mix well cook until oil leaves the pan.
.Then add boiled kabuli chana along with water and cooked simmer for 10 minutes.Add salt,black salt,garam masala powder and roasted cumin seeds powder and mix well.
Garnish with and coriander leaves.
Serve chole with bhature
