CUCUMBER KACHORI

Cooking Time: 15 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour  - 2 cup
Salt  - to taste
Carom seeds - 1/4 tsp
Onion seeds - 1/4 tsp
Clarified butter - 2 tbsp
Oil - for frying
For stuffing
Grated cucumber - 1 bowl
Roasted gram flour - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Amchur powder - 1/4 tsp
Finely chopped green chilly - 1

METHOD
Take a bowl combine all purpose flour,salt,onion seeds,carom seeds and clarified butter,with the help of little water make a soft dough,.keep aside for 30 mins
Wash and grate cucumber and squeeze it.
Now add all stuffing ingredients except salt and mix well
Divide the dough into balls, add the salt in the cucumber stuffing and stuff the ball and roll out kachori
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the kachori until brown and crispy.
Serve hot with aloo tamator ki subji.
