STRAWBERRY MOUSSE

INGREDIENTS
Fresh strawberry  - 10 - 12
Sugar powder  - 2 tbsp
Heavy cream  - 1 cup

METHOD
Wash and chop strawberry.
Take a blender add strawberry and blend it.
Now we get strawberry puree.
Take a bowl add heavy cream and sugar powder and mix well.
Take a bowl add heavy cream and strawberry puree and mix well
Pour the mixture in the serving dish and garnish with strawberry and serve
