CAROM SEEDS AND JAGGERY LADOO

Serve 8

INGREDIENTS
Carom seeds - 1/2 cup
Almonds - 20
Cashew nuts - 20
Raisins - 2 tbsp
Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
Dry ginger powder - 1/4 cup
Poppy seeds - 1/4 cup
Clarified butter - 1/2 cup
Grated jaggery - 1 cup

METHOD
Blend the carom seeds to make a powder
Grate the coconut and dry roast the poppy seeds.
Heat clarified butter in a pan
Add dry fruits and fry all the dry fruits one by one.
Once cooled crushed the dry fruits
Heat jaggery and clarified butter in a pan
When jaggery melt add carom seeds powder and dry ginger powder and mix well.
Add all dry fruits,grated coconut and poppy seeds and mix well
Once cooled make a ladoo.
