CARROT CAKE



Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time  : 30 mins
Serve : 6 - 8

INGREDIENTS
Grated carrot  -  1 cup
All purpose flour  - 1 cup
 Banana  -  2 mashed
Raisins - 1/2 cup
Walnut  -  1/2 cup
Green cardamom powder  -  1 tsp
Oil  -  1/2 cup
Sugar  - 1/2 cup
Brown sugar  - 1/4 cup
Milk  -  2 tbsp
Baking powder  -  1 tsp
Silver balls - 2 tbsp

METHOD
Preheat the oven in 180 degree for 10 mins
Sieve the flour for two to three times
Take a large bowl combine all purpose flour, sugar,grated carrot,banana,cardamom powder,oil,milk,baking powder,raisins and walnuts and mix well..
Grease the dish and pour the batter on the mould.
Bake in the oven for 30 - 35 mins.
Garnish with silver balls
