RED VELVET CUP CAKES

Cooking Time : 2 mins
Serve : 2


INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour / maida    -    3 tbsp
Sugar powder    -   3 tbsp
Baking powder   -      1/8 tsp
Baking soda  -  1/8 tsp
Vanilla essence  - 1 tsp
Salt    -     a pinch
Oil       -     3 tsp
Milk          -          3 tbsp
Red food color  - 1/4 tsp
Butter  - 1 tsp

METHOD
Sieve all purpose flour,baking soda and baking powder three times
Take a bowl add sugar powder,salt,oil, and milk and mix well.
Mix the dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix well
Add red food color and mix well.
Preheat the oven for 180.c for ten mins
Now grease the mould with butter.
 Pour the batter in the mould
Microwave high for two mins.
