SALAD PARATHA


Prep Time : 25 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Multigrain flour  -  2 cup
Crushed carom seeds  -  1/4 tsp
Salad(spinach,onion,radish)  -  1 cup
Crushed coriander seeds  -  1/4 tsp
Fennel seeds powder  -  1/4 tsp
Salt  -  to taste
Oil  -  2 tbsp

METHOD
Crush all the salad veggies in the chopper.
Add all the ingredients in the wheat flour and also add the salad veggies and mix well.
With the help of little water make a dough.
Keep aside for 20 mins.
Divide the dough into equal size balls.
Roll them with rolling pin.
On a heated pan make salad paratha applying oil on both the sides.
Serve hot.
