PIZZA UTTAPAM


Prep Time : 25 mins
Cooking Time : 25 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Rava  - 1 cup
Curd  -  1/2 cup
Salt  -  to taste
Finely chopped onion  -  2 tbsp
Finely chopped capsicum  -  2 tbsp
Finely chopped tomato seedless -  2 tbsp
Black pepper powder  -  1/4 tsp
Oregano  -  1/4 tsp
Chilly flax  -  1/2 tsp
Pizza sauce  - 2 tbsp
Grated mozzarella cheese  -  1 tbsp
Oil  -  2 tbsp

METHOD
Take a large bowl add rava,curd,salt and 1/2 cup of water and mix it well.
Keep aside for 15 mins,make a thick batter.
Grease oil in a non stick pan,pour a laddle full of batter to make a uttapam.
Flip it and cook another side over medium flame.
Drizzle some oil and  now flip it again
Spread pizza sauce and top with veggies like,tomato,capsicum and onion.
Add mozzarella cheese and cover the lid over medium flame for 2 - 3 mins.
Place on the serving plate and sprinkle oregano,chilly flakes and black pepper powder
