MUTTON KADAI

Cooking Time : 50 mins
Serve :  4 - 6

INGREDIENTS
Mutton  -  1 kg
Chopped onion  -  3
Onion paste  -  1 onion
Ginger garlic paste  -  1 tbsp
Chopped tomato  -  2
Black pepper powder  -  1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder  -  2 tbsp
Red chilly flakes  -  1 tsp
Turmeric powder  -  1/2 tsp
Coriander powder  -  1 tbsp
Green chilly  -  7 - 8
Garam masala powder  -  1 tsp
Salt  -  to taste
Oil  -  1 cup

METHOD
Take a kadai add mutton ,black pepper powder and 4 cup of water.
Cover it and cook until it gets tender.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add chopped onion and saute till transparent.
Add onion paste,ginger garlic paste,red chilly powder,red chilly flakes,coriander powder,turmeric powder,green chilly ,chopped tomato and 2 tbsp water and saute for 4 - 5 min s.
Add mutton pieces and mix well
Turn the flame low and add garam masala powder,salt and two cup of water..
Cover it and cook for five mins.
Add coriander leaves serve hot with chapatis or naan.
