FRIED RICE

 


Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 30 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Cooked rice - 2 cup
Chopped capsicum - 1
Chopped carrot - 1

Beans - 2 tbsp
Spinach - 100 gms
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Clarified butter - 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp

METHOD
Wash the rice and cook in a rice cooker.
Heat clarified butter in a pan,add cumin seeds to crackle now add spinach and cook for 30 seconds.
Add capsicum ,beans and carrot and mix it well,also add salt,black pepper and garam masala powder and cook for few mins.
Now add cooked rice and mix it well
Serve hot.
