NAMKEEN MATHRI


Prep Time : 20 mins
Cooking Time : 30 mins
Serve : 6

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour  -  2 cup
Oil  - 1/2 cup
Salt -  to taste
Carom seeds  -  1/4 tsp
Onion seeds  -  1/4 tsp
Oil  -  for frying

METHOD
Take a large bowl mix all the above listed ingredients.
Make a crumble texture
Add little water and make stiff dough.
Keep aside for 30 mins.
Heat enough oil in a pan.
Take a dough and cut into pieces.
Add namkin mathri in a hot oil and cook until golden and crispy.
Serve with tea.
