INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour - 2 cup
Curd - 1/2 bowl
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Green cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Grated coconut - 2 tbsp
Clarified butter - 4 tbsp
Oil - for frying
METHOD
Take a bowl beat the curd and sugar until fluffy.
Now add cardamom powder,ghee and grated coconut and mix well.
Add baking soda and wheat flour and mix well to get crumble texture.
Take a large bowl add wheat flour,clarified butter,cardamom powder,grated coconut and sugar to get crumble texture.
Divide the dough into four parts and take one part and cut into biscuit shape and press it.
Deep fry wheat flour biscuits in hot oil till golden brown.
Drain and serve.
