INGREDIENTSHung curd - 1 bowl
Fresh cream - 2 tbsp
Ripe mango cut in diced - 1
Pomegranate pearls - 1/2 bowl
Powder sugar - 4 tbsp
Roughly chopped almonds - 1 tbsp
Roughly chopped pistachio - 1 tbsp
Raisins - 1 tbsp
METHODPeel the mango and cut in diced.
Beat the hung curd till light and fluffy and add fresh cream..
Add sugar powder and mix well.
Now add mango and pomegranate pearls and mix well
Garnish with pomegranate pearls,mango and chopped almonds,pistachio and raisins.
