CHICKEN CAFREAL

 


Prep Time  : 60 mins
Cooking Time  : 45 mins
Serve  : 2

INGREDIENTS
Chicken pieces  -  500 gms
Bay leaf - 2
Coriander leaves  - 2 tbsp
Oil  -  2 tbsp
Butter  -  2 tbsp
Chicken cafreal curry paste - 115 gms

METHOD
Heat butter and oil in a pan.
Add bay leaf and  chicken pieces and cook for ten mins in high flame.
Add chicken cafreal curry paste and cover it.
Cook in a simmer for 10 mins.
Serve hot with fried rice
