BESAN KI CRISPY KACHORI

Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Besan - 1/2 cup
Water - 1 cup
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Carom seeds - 1 tsp
Suji - 1/4 cup
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Oil - 1 cup +2 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp

METHOD
Take a bowl combine besan,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,carom seeds,salt and coriander powder and mix well.
Add one cup of water little by little and make lump free batter.
Heat one tbsp oil in a pan and add the besan batter in a slow flame and stir continuously  until thick and transfer in other bowl.
Once cooled,add suji and mix well now add wheat flour and 1 tbsp oil and mix it well.
keep it aside for 30 mins, divide the dough into balls and roll out small puris out of them
.Heat oil in a medium flame to deep fry kachori.
Serve hot .
