INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour - 3/4 cup
Grated jaggery / gur - 1/2 bowl
Clarified butter / ghee - 1/2 bowl
Nutmeg powder / jaiphal powder - a pinch
Crushed cashew nuts - for garnishing

METHOD
Heat clarified butter / ghee in heavy bottom pan and add wheat flour.
Roast the wheat flour on medium flame until light brown in color and give out the fragrance.
After stiring further for 10 - 15 mins switch off the flame.
Add grated jaggery after switching off gas.
Add nutmeg /jaiphal powder and mix well.
Mix gently and already over greased plate.
Garnish with crushed cashew nuts
