BHARWA BHINDI

 

Prep Time : 250 gms
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Bhindi - 250
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
Ginger powder - 1 tsp
Fennel seeds powder - 1 tsp
Amchur powder - 1/4 tsp
Chopped green chilly - 2
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Hing - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 4 tbsp

METHOD
Wash bhindi properly,cut the edges of the bhindi and cut into two pieces now cut them length wise.
Take a bowl add coriander powder,red chilly powder,kashmiri red chilly powder,turmeric powder.hing,ginger powder and salt and mix well.
Now stuffing is ready and stuff the filling into the bhindi.
Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds,hing and green chilly and cook for one mins.
Add stuffed bhindi and remaining masala and cover the lid and cook in a slow flame for five mins.
After five mins stir the bhindi and cover the lid and cook in a slow flame for five mins.
Serve hot with rice or chapatis.
