PAPER NIMKI

INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Clarified butter - 12 tsp
Salt - to taste 
Carom seeds - 1/4 tsp
Onion seeds - 1/4 tsp
Oil - for frying

METHOD

Take a large bowl combine all purpose flour,1 tbsp clarified butter,carom seeds,onion seeds and salt and mix well.
Make a soft dough with the help of water.
Add one tsp clarified butter and knead it again
Divide the dough into equal size four balls
Roll out four thin chapati.
Spread clarified  butter and sprinkle some dry flour on one chapati and cover with other chapati repeat the process rest of the chapati.
Seal the edges and roll out.
On a heated pan place roti turn the roti and   cook for one mins turn it again and slightly roast and remove from pan.
Now we can see the four layered edges and cut into diamond shape.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the paper nimki until brown and crispy.
