POTATO ROSTI

INGREDIENTS
Boiled potato - 4
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Chopped green chilly - 2
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Roasted peanuts - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Clarified butter - 2 tbsp

METHOD
Peeled and grate the boiled potato,dry roast the peanuts and make a powder.
Take a bowl combine potatoes,wheat flour,salt,cumin seeds,green chilly,roasted peanuts powder and coriander leaves and mix well.
Add some water and make a mixture.heat clarified butter in a pan and place the potato,wheat flour mixture and cook in a medium flame for five mins each sides until golden brown and crisp.
Serve hot with green chutney and curd.
