CURD SANDWICH

Cooking Time : 16 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Bread slice : 8 slice
Hung curd - 1 cup
Grated carrot - 1
Grated onion - 1
Grated tomato - 1
Finely chopped green chilly - 1
Grated ginger - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper corns - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Chat masala - 1/4 tsp
Butter - 50 gms

METHOD
Wash and grate the carrot,onion and tomato,finely chop the green chilly.
Take a bowl add hung curd,black pepper corns,chat masala,salt ,green chilly,ginger and all veggies and mix well.
Spread the hung curd veggies mixture on the bread
Cover this bread slice with other slice
Heat non stick pan and grease with butter and place the hung curd sandwich on it in the medium flame
When it gets golden brown in one side turn it another side and spread the butter on both the side.
When both the side gets golden brown cut into two pieces
Serve hot in the breakfast.
Note: put the curd in the muslin cloth and hung for 4 - 5 hours,then you get thick consistency of curd.
