CURD PARATHA

Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour - 2 cup
Clarified butter - 4 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Chopped green chilly - 2
Curd - 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Mint leaves - 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Cooked dal - 1/2 cup



METHOD
Take a large bowl add wheat flour,salt,cumin seeds,turmeric powder,coriander leaves,mint leaves,curd ,cooked dal and 2 tbsp clarified butter and mix well.
 Make a soft dough don`t use water,keep aside for 30 mins.
Divide the dough into balls and roll out.
Spread clarified butter and dust the flour and half fold it and again spread clarified butter and dust with flour and fold i tn a triangle shape.
Now on a heated pan place the curd paratha spread some clarified butter on both the sides.
Serve hot.
