CHICKEN MANCHURIAN

INGREDIENTS
Marination
Chicken pieces  -  250 gms
Egg  -  1
Soy sauce  - 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chilly powder  -  1 tsp
Corn flour  - 2 tbsp
Rice flour  -  2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste  - 1 tsp
Salt  - to taste
Black pepper powder  - a pinch
Oil - for frying
For sauce
Chopped ginger  -  1 tbsp
Chopped garlic  -  1 tbsp
Chopped onion  - 1
Chopped capsicum -
Chopped spring onion  -  for garnishing
Soy sauce  -  1 tsp
Red chilly sauce  - 2 tbsp
Vinegar  - 1/2 tsp
Corn flour  - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Green chilly  -  2
Oil - 2 tbsp

METHOD
Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste,soy sauce,kashmiri red chilly powder,corn flour,rice flour,egg,black pepper powder and salt
Keep aside for half an hour.
After an hour heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken cubes until golden and crispy
Take a bowl add 2 tbsp corn flour,1 tsp soy sauce,1/2 tsp vinegar,red chilly sauce,a pinch black pepper powder,salt,sugar and 2 tbsp water and mix well.
Heat two tbsp oil in a pan,add chopped ginger,garlic and cook for one mins.
Add onion,capsicum and green chilly and mix well.
Add corn flour solution and two cup of water and cook for two mins
Now add chicken pieces and cook for five mins
Garnish with spring onion and serve with fried rice.
