MEETHA SHAKARPARA

 


Prep Time  :  15 mins
Cooking Time  :  25 mins
Serve  : 6 - 8

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour    -   1 cup
Maida  -  1 cup
Suji - 3 tbsp
Sugar   -  1/2 cup

Milk - 1/2 cup

Curd - 2 tbsp

Sesame seeds - 2 tbsp
Green cardamom powder  -  1/4 tsp
Grated  coconut  -   2 tbsp
Clarified butter   -  3 tbsp
Oil  -  for frying

METHOD
Take a large bowl add maida ,wheat flour, suji clarified butter,cardamom powder,grated coconut , sesame seeds and sugar to get crumble texture.
Add milk and curdto make a stiff dough.
Divide the dough into balls and roll out and cut into diamond shape.

 Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the shakarpara until brown and crispy.

Drain and serve.
