ZEBRA CAKE


Prep Time  : 20 mins
Cooking Time  : 45 mins
Serve  : 8 - 10

INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour   -  250 gms
Sugar  -  250 gms
Eggs  -  4
 Cocoa powder   -  4 tbsp
Baking powder   -  1 tsp
Vanilla essence  -  1 tsp
Milk  -  1/2 cup
Oil  -  1/2 cup

METHOD
Preheat oven to 180 degree c.
Grease and dust flour a 9 inchs round baking cake pan.
Sieve the flour with baking powder.
Take a large bowl beat the sugar,oil and milk
Beat in the eggs one at a time.
Add the vanilla essence and mix well.
Add flour and baking powder. and mix well.
Divide the batter into two equal parts.
In the other bowl mix the cocoa powder.
Now pour 2 tbsp batter plain batter in the centre of the baking dish.
Then pour 2 tbsp cocoa batter in the  top of the plain batter.
Now repeat the process until both the batter  is finished.
Bake for 40 to 45 mins in the pre heat oven.
Now the delicious zebra cake is ready.
