INGREDIENTS
Lemon - 4
Sugar - 1 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Black salt - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Grated ginger - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
METHOD
Wash and chop lemon in four pieces.
Remove the seeds.
In a blender add the lemon with skin an d blend to make a paste.
Heat 1/2 cup water and sugar in a pan.
Once boiled and sugar dissolve it add the lemon paste.
Add all the spices and mix well.
Stir continuously till thick consistency.
Serve with chaptis.
