INGREDIENTS
Milk - 5 cup
Boondi - 3/4 cup
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Cashew nuts powder - 2 tbsp
Almonds powder - 2 tbsp
Raisins - 2 tbsp
Saffron - few strands
METHOD
Boil milk in heavy bottom vessel
Once boiled,keep it in a low flame.
Add sugar and cardamom powder.
Add boondi and saffron strands.
cook well till it gets thick.
Add crushed almonds cashew nut powder raisins and mix well.
Garnish with raisins.
