PIZZA PARATHA



Prep Time : 25 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 4


INGREDIENTS-
For paratha
Wheat flour- 250 gm
Clarified butter- 3 tbsp
Water- as required
Carom seeds- 1/4 tsp
Onion seeds - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste

For the filling-
 Cheese slices- 2
Crumble paneer - 1/2 cup
Green chillies- 1 chopped
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Chopped onion - 2 tbsp
Green chutney - 2 tbsp
Salt  - to taste
Chilly flax - 2 tsp 
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp



METHOD-
Mix salt, carom seeds,onion seeds, and one tbsp clarified butter in the flour.
 Add little water and make a soft dough with specified ingredients.
 Cover it with moist and keep aside 15 minutes.
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts make a ball
. Flatten the balls into thick round shape paratha and spread one tbsp green chutney. in it
Now add
 Stuff the  chopped onion,crumble paneer,coriander leaves andchopped green chilly into the paratha add cheese slice over it and  sprinkle salt,black pepper powder and chilly flax and cover with other paratha
Seal the edges with fork
 Grease the pan with little clarified butter and heat on a medium flame.
Place the paratha and grease the clarified butter both the side and cook until crispy
 Pizza paratha is ready to eat
. Serve garma garam parathas  with green chutney and sauce.
