MANGO CHUNDA


Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Raw mango  -  250 gms
Sugar  - 250 gms
Black salt  -  1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1 tsp

METHOD
Wash and chop the mango and grate it
Heat pan and add  grated mango,turmeric powder,black salt and sugar.
Stir continuously till sugar dissolve and it gets thick.
Turn off the flame add red chilly powder and roasted cumin seeds powder and mix well
Serve chilled.
