BHINDI DOPAYAZA

INGREDIENTS
Bhindi - 250 gms
Chopped onion -2
Finely chopped onion - 1
Finely chopped tomato - 1
Curd - 1 tbsp
Crushed ginger garlic - 1 tbsp
Whole red chilly - 2
Whole black pepper - 4 - 5
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 3 tbsp

METHOD
Wash bhindi properly,cut the edges of the bhindi on both sides.,now cut them length wise from one sides.
Deep fried the bhindi on medium flame,drain and keep aside.
Again heat oil in the same pan and fried the onion and remove from hit.
Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped onion and saute until pink.
Add ginger garlic paste and saute for one mins.
Add tomato,coriander powder,turmeric powder and whole red chilly and 2 tbsp water and mix well.
Add curd and saute until oil leaves the pan.
Now add fried bhindi, onion and salt and cover the lid for five mins in a medium flame.
Turn off the flame,serve hot with steamed rice ,pomegranate raita,papad and salad.
