THAI STYLE OMELETTE


Prep Time : 15mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 1

INGREDIENTS
Eggs - 2
Thai fish sauce - 1/2 tsp
Lime juice - 1/2 tsp
Water  - 1 tbsp
Oil - 3/4 cup
Corn starch - 1 tbsp

METHOD
Take a large bowl combine,eggs,corn starch,lemon juice,water and fish sauce.
Whisk them.
Heat oil in a pan until lightly smoking.
Pour the egg mixture into the oil.
The egg mixture will puff up.
After few seconds flip the omelette ,cook for few seconds.
Turn off the flame,serve immediately.
