INGREDIENTS
Amla - 1 kg
Powdered sugar - 300 gms
Rock salt - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Grated beetroot - 40 gms
METHOD
Wash amla and grate it also wash beetroot and grate it.
Mix all the above listed ingredients and spread into the plate and keep in the sunlight for 4 - 6 days.
When it completely dried store in an air tight container.
