CHILLY CHEESE PARATHA


Prep Time  : 25 mins
Cooking Time ; 15 mins
Serves  : 2

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Grated processed cheese    - 50 gms
Finely chopped shimla mirch    -  1 cup
Carom seeds   -  a pinch
Salt  -  to taste
Clarified butter  -  2 tbsp


METHOD
In a kneading bowl mix all the ingredients and also add one tbsp clarified butter and knead to make a soft dough.
Keep rest for 30 mins.
Take some dough make into a ball.
Flatten the ball into thick round paratha.
Grease a pan with little oil and heat on a medium flame.
Applying clarified butter on both the sides.
Serve garma garam chilly cheese. paratha
