PANEER OATS NUGGETS

Cooking Time : 10 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Masala oats -  1 cup
Boiled n mashed potato  -  2
Paneer  - 50 gms
Cheese  - 1 cube
Red chilly powder  - 1/2 tsp
Salt  -  to taste
Garlic paste  - 1/2tsp
Green chilly  -  1
Chopped coriander leaves  - 1 tbsp
Oil  -  for shallow frying

METHOD
Take a bowl add masala oats and boiled n mashed potato and mix well.
Add salt and red chilly powder,garlic paste and mix well.
Grate the paneer and add in the grated cheese and mix well.
Also add finely chopped green chilly and coriander leaves and make a ball.
Flatten the oats and potato mixture and stuff the paneer balls and shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness.
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the oats nugget
Serve hot with tomato ketchup
