RED VELVET CAKE



Prep Time  - 15 mins
Cooking Time  -  30 mins
Serve  :  6 - 8

INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour  -  1 cup
Corn flour  - 2 tbsp
Sugar powder  -  1 cup
Vinegar  -  1 tbsp
Butter milk  -  1 cup
Baking powder  -  1 tsp
Unsalted butter  -  50 gms
Cocoa powder  -  1 tbsp
Red color   -  1 tsp
Egg  -  2
Salt  -  a pinch
Amul whipped cream  -  for icing

METHOD
Preheat oven to 180 c.
Grease and dust the baking pan.
Take a large bowl whisk the sugar powder and unsalted butter
Add butter milk and egg and mix well.
Mix until creamy and fluffy.
Shive baking powder,cocoa powder,corn flour and all purpose flour together
Mix the dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix well
Add red color and mix well
Pour the batter into the dish.
Bake for 25 - 30 mins. in  preheated oven.
Now the tasty red velvet cake is ready.
Check by inserting the knife if it comes out clear it done.
