GUAVA ICECREAM


Prep Time : 25 mins
Total Time : 5 hours
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Amul fresh cream - 500 gms
Sugar  -  5 - 6 tsp
Milk - 1/2 cup
Red chilly powder  -  1/2 tsp
Black salt  -  1/2 tsp
Guava  -   3 - 4

METHOD
Take out seeds of the guava and cut into pieces.
Add in the blender and also add sugar and milk and make a paste.
Now add fresh cream and blend in the blender.
Pour the mixture in the air tight container and place in the freezer for 5 hours.
Before serving sprinkle some red chilly powder and black salt.
