INGREDIENTS
Blanch spinach / palak - 250 gms
Finely chopped onion - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped garlic - 1/4 tsp
Chopped green chilly - 1
Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Cream - 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
METHOD
Heat oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds to crackle.
Add garlic and onion and saute for two mins.
Add blanch palak / spinach and mix
Add red chilly powder,green chilly,coriander powder and saute for 2 - 3 mins.
Add salt and cream and mix well.
Garnish with cream and serve.
