AMLA SHARBAT / GOOSEBERRY SHARBAT


Prep Time  :  10 mins
Cooking Time : 20 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Boiled amla / gooseberry     -   7 - 8
Sugar   -  1 cup
Water  -   4 glass
Roasted cumin seeds powder   -   1/4 tsp
Salt  -  to taste
Black salt  -  1/4 tsp
Crushed ice   -   7 - 8

METHOD
Take a boiled amla / gooseberry pulp ,sugar and water and boil it for 15 mins in a low flame.
Once cooled, strain it.
Sprinkle black salt,salt,roasted cumin seeds powder and mix  well.
Pour in the serving glass.
Add crushed ice and serve.
